1. Acceptance

Access to and use of Wellpath is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Not Medical Advice

Wellpath provides AI-generated wellness insights for informational purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of your health data. AI requests are classified before processing and routed only to providers allowed for that data class. We process your content to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. AI features remain subject to consent, quotas, and provider eligibility. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
