What we collect

Health and fitness data you log (meals, workouts, sleep, vitals, moods), account information (email, name), and usage analytics (page views, feature usage) so we can improve the product.

How we use it

To provide personalised AI coaching and insights when AI processing is enabled, to deliver the service, to send relevant notifications (if you opt in), and to improve Wellpath. Relevant request context may be processed by approved AI providers under their applicable API terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the Privacy Centre in the app. GDPR and CCPA rights are fully supported.

AI processing and security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Neon (PostgreSQL) for storage, hosted in the US. Approved managed providers include Google Gemini 3 Flash, Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.6, and OpenAI GPT-5.2. Direct Moonshot Kimi K3 is limited to explicitly enabled public-data requests and never receives personal or sensitive health data. Shared AI requests use provider allowlists and bounded fallback. Voice recordings may be sent to OpenAI for speech-to-text. Wellpath does not use your data to train its own AI models. AI providers may process requests to deliver features under their applicable API terms. AI telemetry excludes prompts, health values, generated responses, images, and credentials. Wellpath does not control retention by external AI providers. Provider-side processing and deletion are governed by each provider's applicable API terms, and Wellpath cannot guarantee immediate deletion of provider-side records. Deleting your Wellpath account removes Wellpath-owned copies after the deletion process completes; external provider, identity, billing, backup, and other operational records may follow separate retention schedules. Wellpath is a personal wellness application and is NOT HIPAA compliant. It is not a medical device or healthcare provider tool.
