Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I log a meal?
- Use Smart Log — tap the Quick Log button and describe your meal in text, upload a photo, or use voice. The AI will extract nutrition details automatically.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Profile → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". You keep access until the end of your billing period. No penalties.
- Can I export my health data?
- Yes. Pro and Pro Plus subscribers can export their data in CSV or PDF format from Profile → Privacy Centre.
- Is my health data private?
- Yes. We do not sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
- How do I connect a wearable device?
- Go to Profile → Connected Devices. Wellpath supports Fitbit and Strava on Pro and Pro Plus plans.
