What data is deleted
- Account profile and personal information
- All health logs (workouts, meals, sleep, vitals, medications)
- AI coaching history and conversation data
- Goals, journal entries, and mood check-ins
- Subscription history and payment data (from our records)
- All preferences and app settings
How to delete your account
Option 1 — Sign in and delete online
Log into your account at wellpath.app, return to this page, and click "Delete My Account". Your account and associated data are permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Email request (no login required)
Send an email from the address associated with your account to support@wellpath.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm when the deletion is complete.
